Financial Assistance

The Learning Well recognizes that for some families, enrollment at The Learning Well is not financially possible at full tuition rates.  We welcome the opportunity to provide financial support to families who need it.  While we believe that the primary responsibility for financing a student’s education rests with his or her family, we work diligently to make The Learning Well accessible to as many families of varying economic backgrounds as possible.

Families who cannot pay full tuition are encouraged to apply for financial assistance, which is a grant that does not have to be repaid. Assistance funds are limited and are awarded up to a maximum of half of the normal tuition rate per academic year per student.  We expect families to finance their children’s education to the extent that they can.

Every effort is made to meet the financial needs of applicants. However, because requests for aid often exceed the funds available, it is important to apply as early as possible.  All applications for financial assistance will be handled in the strictest confidence and will be evaluated by the Board of Directors.  Assistance is awarded in a fair and impartial manner according to funds availability and assessed need.  Because families’ financial status can change from year to year, families must re-apply for financial aid every year.  Please note that financial aid awards may not be combined with other tuition discounts.  Please reach out to our Director of Operations to learn more about the financial assistance process.
